Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using YOUVO LIVE, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use YOUVO LIVE. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or entity.
• You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share access to your account in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• We may require verification or security checks to protect accounts and the platform.

4. Live Rooms, Chat, and User Content

YOUVO LIVE allows users to create or participate in live rooms, chat, reactions, profile content, and other social interactions. You are responsible for content you create or share and must follow the Community Guidelines.

You grant YOUVO LIVE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, reproduce, and technically process content you submit only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

5. Moderation, Reports, and Blocking

Users may report rooms, content, or users and may block other users. We may review reported activity and take actions including warnings, feature restrictions, removal of content, suspension, or account termination. We are not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform security.

6. Virtual Coins, Gifts, and Digital Items

YOUVO LIVE may offer virtual coins, gifts, badges, Game Points, or other digital items. Unless a separate creator/host program expressly states otherwise:

• virtual items are licensed digital features, not bank deposits or stored cash;
• they may be subject to pricing, limits, expiration, refunds, or platform rules;
• they may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside approved YOUVO LIVE systems;
• unauthorized chargebacks, fraud, manipulation, or exploitation may result in restrictions or account action.

Any creator/host earning or withdrawal program is separate from entertainment Game Points and is governed by its own eligibility, fraud, compliance, and payout rules.

7. Teen Patti Social and Other Games

You may not use YOUVO LIVE games to arrange or facilitate real-money gambling, cash wagering, off-platform betting, or unlawful contests. We may suspend game features or accounts used for prohibited gambling activity.

8. Purchases and Billing

Purchases made through Google Play, Apple, or other approved payment channels may also be governed by that provider's payment and refund terms. Taxes, currency conversion, payment authorization, refunds, and chargebacks may be handled by the applicable provider.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• harass, threaten, exploit, scam, or impersonate others;
• post illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or seriously harmful content;
• use the service for sexual exploitation of minors or any content involving minors in a sexual context;
• spam, manipulate rankings, automate abuse, evade enforcement, or interfere with the service;
• attempt to access another person's account or private information;
• reverse engineer, attack, overload, or bypass technical or security protections except where law expressly permits;
• use bots, modified clients, exploits, collusion, or cheating tools to manipulate games or virtual economies;
• buy, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual items through unauthorized channels;
• use YOUVO LIVE in violation of applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

YOUVO LIVE and its software, branding, interfaces, graphics, and service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of YOUVO LIVE intellectual property to users.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, repeated abusive behavior, or protection of users and the platform.

12. Account Deletion

You may request deletion through Settings → Account → Delete Account or through our web deletion page. Deletion does not eliminate obligations or records that must lawfully be retained, such as certain fraud, chargeback, accounting, or legal records.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available in every country, on every device, or without interruption.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOUVO LIVE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or that all user-generated content will be accurate, lawful, or appropriate.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YOUVO LIVE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a change requires additional consent, we will request it.
